During the consultation, the doctor advised that surgery could also be considered as a treatment option and recommended that the patient discuss this further with their local physician. However, according to the patient, the local approval process was taking too long, and they decided to proceed with treatment on a self-funded basis. After payment was made in early May, we were able to coordinate the patient\u2019s first visit within approximately five days.
