The patient actively consulted with the attending physician regarding daily physical changes and concerns, and was reassured that these symptoms were not treatment-related side effects.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure continuity of care after returning home, the medical team proposed ongoing information-sharing with the patient\u2019s physician in Australia. The patient expressed a desire to return to Japan for future follow-up examinations, reflecting the strong trust that had been established.
