Ltd., became the first organization to be registered as a guarantor for foreign patients applying for medical stay visa (1) and in 2015 became the first company in Japan to be certified as “Accredited Medical Travel Assistance Company”. (2) These are proof of our ability to provide high-quality medical institution referral services that meet the standards set by the government so that foreign patients seeking treatment in Japan can consult with us about medical services and receive consultations with peace of mind.
1 Guarantor organization for medical stay visa
A visa for medical stay is issued to foreign patients (including those undergoing complete checkups) and accompanying persons who are visiting Japan for the purpose of receiving medical treatment in Japan. When applying for a visa for medical stay, it is necessary to obtain a guarantee from a “guarantor organization” such as a Japanese coordinator for international medical tourism services.
