Coordinator

Proficient in Japanese, Russian and English
The most enjoyable part of my job is seeing patients come to Japan who have been told that there is no cure for their illness in their own country or other countries, seeing them respond favorably to treatment, and then visiting their countries on other jobs and seeing them fully cured. A large number of patients come to Japan for treatment on the recommendation of previous patients.

Coordinator

Proficient in Chinese and Japanese
I handle the inquiries that arrive from all over China and advertising. I do everything I can to make sure that all of the patients suffering from serious illnesses who receive treatment in Japan return to their own countries in good health.

Coordinator

Proficient in Japanese and Chinese
I lived in China for about eight years. I fully understand the sense of anxiety that affects people when it comes to receiving medical treatment in a foreign country. Making sure I never forget this, I do everything in my power to make sure the treatment runs smoothly. All of my patients have returned home fully satisfied with the polite way they were treated by the doctors. Hearing them say how glad they were at having come to Japan makes me happier than anything else.

What I enjoy most about my job is receiving inquiries from people who require treatment and tests in Japan, arranging for their smooth arrival, treatment and tests, and then watching them recover to good health. I work hard to ensure that I am able to cater to all of my patients’ requests, so please feel free to contact me at any time.

I provide support to patients receiving medical treatment in Japan, and my goal is to put as many smiles on their faces going home after recovery from their illness. When you are in Japan, not only the patient but also his/her family will feel uneasy in an unfamiliar culture. I am trying to do the best to provide excellent coordination to eliminate whatever small uneasiness there may be during the stay in Japan.

Coordinator

Proficient in Chinese, Japanese and Korean
Japan’s excellent medical care is not yet well known worldwide. I focus on providing assistance to patients so that they can receive treatment comfortably and smoothly, even if they do not speak Japanese or do not know about Japanese customs. In addition to physical concerns, I am eager to listen to any other concerns during your stay in Japan. Please do not hesitate to contact me.

Coordinator

If people who are suffering from disease in China were told that no treatment is available in China or that any treatment available there is not effective for their diseases, they would feel helpless and desperate. I hope that they come to Japan to treat their diseases, and return to a normal life, and enjoy their lives more. I will work hard to give them assistance and help them find new hope.

I would like to support patients who wish to have medical treatment in Japan with care in every detail so that they can receive the treatment with full ease. I try to help in reducing anxiety and stress due to language barrier and cultural differences. I am happy more than anything when patients and their families can return home with smiles.
